Big Piney is an unincorporated community in Pulaski County, Missouri on the southeastern edge of Fort Leonard Wood and sixteen miles northwest of Licking. Its post office and its former K-8 school are both closed; mail now comes from Newburg and students attend the Plato R-V School District,(). The Big Piney area has several resorts for horseback riding and canoeing, taking advantage of its scenic location on the Big Piney River. ==Transportation== Access to roads out of Big Piney is limited. * Highway TT leads west from Big Piney to Highway AW, a paved road running from the south gate of Fort Leonard Wood to Route 17. * Access eastward is by unpaved gravel roads which cross the Big Piney River and lead to Duke at Highway J, which runs north to Interstate 44. * Route 17 crosses Interstate 44 at exit 153, runs east through Waynesville, turns north to Crocker, and then runs north out of the county to Iberia. South of Interstate 44, Route 17 hugs the western edge of Fort Leonard Wood, passes near Laquey, and circles south of the post until it runs out of the county and eventually joins Highway 32 in Roby. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Big Piney, Missouri」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
